Booked on line arrived in the afternoon , friendly reception person .Charged us for the room on arrival. No pre payment old school but welcomed. Small room and bathroom a little dated but clean. We got what we expected as this was a budget motel. Nice pool added bonus was the included breakfast.

We had a great stay at Tamworth city motel. The pool was lovely after a 36c day. The rooms were neat and clean and the staff were friendly. Best of all the breakfast had gluten free options and soy milk!!! This was genuinely the only place I got to eat properly on our entire trip. Well done 👏

Should be closed down. Mould over whole ceiling in bathroom. Smelt like dogs had urinated on carpet and disinfectant used to try and cover up. I stayed in there for 5 minutes and had an asthma attack. Photos are not like hotel. Management was reluctant to refund. We didn't stay.

Very nice budget motel. Clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Sheets white and towels white and fluffy. The included continental breakfast was well stocked. Overall for the price this is an excellent option for a stay in Tamworth. We stayed twice in the last month and would definitely stay here again.

Room had the basic necessities however no local guide or information package. The room smelt of an odour similar to moth balls possibly because of the carpet which did not look good. The carpet was carpet squares. The bathroom had evidence of fresh wall and floor tiles yet the shower was a step in 1/4 circle fibreglass base with black mould on the outside and a shower curtain. The water was either super hot or cold and fluctuated between the two. I won’t stay here again.

Exceptional service and very clean rooms. The facilities are older but obvious effort has been made to keep the rooms clean and to provide an extensive continental breakfast. Great value for money and wonderful service from the owners.
